    The seller used a box that was too big and did not use enough packing material to keep the item from moving around in the box. Considering the cost of the item, I expected it to be packed more securely. The item was as described, but I ended up returning it right away after finding out my family had a different model I could use. I was able to return the item I did not need with paying for the return shipping, so I'm satisfied. I added more packing material to ship it back safely.
