  The first parcel didn't reach Royal Mail, so never tracked. I contacted the seller and they were happy to resend the same or a refund. I waited for a second week before asking for them to resend. The second parcel made it quickly through Royal Mail's system. It contained 20 x packs of 100 gloves. Great for for prepararation, particularly raw meat. Light and eay-to-use. Great value.   At first the parcel was delivered at the wrong address, claimed a refund I got back and then the parcel was redirected back to my address, and I contacted the seller to let them know has happened and I offered to send the it back ,they offered me to keep it ,but told them don't need it now ,so they told to gift it as a charityIi will definitely buy again quick to respond.

  Unfortunately the item ordered took much longer than expected to arrive. When I contacted the seller it turned out it was Royal Mail who were to blame and not the seller. When it eventually arrived it was exactly what I expected and the way it was packaged was excellent. Seller was very symphonic and helpful and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again

  This was the second time I ordered the same thing from this seller and again the package never arrived The seller was quick to refund with no questions asked which was positive but for two packages to go missing from the seller is a bit strange and an inconvenience to me, the buyer, hence giving the experience a neutral rating.
