    Seller, did not ship the item on time, I asked him about it . He market as shipped and not tracked. I got two weeks late. Seller is very sneaky and untrustworthy.

    Buyer chose free USPS Ground shipping but later requested faster delivery. We informed them of the timeline and since Ground wouldn’t arrive in time, we pulled their order in order to confirm timeline with customer. In the end we upgraded to FedEx 2-Day Express at our own cost. Despite our efforts to go above and beyond, the buyer was still unhappy..
