Overall very positive experience. Very good communication from order to delivery and product as described. My only suggestion would be to better describe the product with measurements, product description etc. ultimately it wasn’t the one I needed as I couldn’t verify measurements as it relates to the drop. The product I received was of good quality, just didn’t provide the longer drop needed as I was looking for a specific style that seems very difficult to find.
