  Unfortunately the orchid i wanted was out of stock when purchased, but when i communicated with the seller they got back in a timely manner and refunded the sale. Good seller, Good communication, just an unfortunately situation. While the sale never happened, i do believe they are a good seller and would come back in the future if said orchids are in stock.

  Seller has excellent communication on the orchid that was offered for sale was no longer in bud and offered a substitute orchid plant in bud instead. We wanted the species that was listed and wasn't interested in a substitution and not concerned about the bud. Seller sent the plant that was offered plus a bonus plant for the slight delay in shipping to make sure we really wanted the plant that was no longer in bloom.
