  Ordered from this seller before and was very happy with the product and the service. However, this time the item was ordered and paid for and then it simply never appeared. Contacted the seller twice with no response. Eventually had to contact eBay to raise an issue after three weeks and they refunded me straight away.

  Took 3 weeks for the package to arrive. Seller did not respond back to my message when I tried to chase. When package eventually arrived it was poorly packaged, soap was not properly wrapped are anything. Sorry product went straight to the bin

  I am so sorry about your experience with this order, I am replying to several buyers who have had a similar problem, the small post office where I drop my parcels (eBay labels always used) have not had scanning facility for a while and I did not know this so some easy fixes could not be done and buyers have been et down, this is now sorted out and normal business resumes all being well in the new year. I hope this puts future buyers bonds at rest as I am a small business and try my best.

  I order my soap in 23 Dec now is 8 Jan but still not get it I contact seller about it no answer from him is bad experience now I must to order order other one from other seller I don't recommend buy from this seller at all
