  Advertised E4407B as used, untested. Testing showed that was defective, a broken front-panel connector. Contacted vendor, they replied that it was on me as "untested", according to the vendor, means "not actually working", unlike how eBay defines "used" which means at least working. AI search says one thing "it's on me", eBay community notes say it's on seller. Also poorly packed, with inadequate bubble wrap that was popped due the weight, and with crumpled paper padding. Avoid this vendor.
