I reached out to the seller when I received the product and he Immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. As soon as he received the item a full refund was given immediately.

Very well packaged in padded mailer with "Fragile" label and free shipping, doesn't get any better than that.     Item was as described and came quickly, the only problem was despite being packed to prevent leakage/breakage, the outer packaging for the bundle of products was damaged pretty badly. I am putting this in a mom-to-be gift basket, so I couldnt include the ratty-looking box, and had to take the products out of the damaged packaging. It's not a huge deal, but the presentation with the packaging would have been better.
