Item arrived ahead of schedule and very well packaged. It was exactly as described in the listing and looked like brand new. I had some issues with the machine, but Second Life folks were very helpful in resolving the issue. They stayed in contact and replied to my communications in a timely manner. Unfortunately we were not able to resolve the issue completely, but they offered me great options and we were able to come to an agreement. Great seller, I highly recommend Second Life Technology.

Excellent experience. Item arrived undamaged, and much more thoroughly packed than expected. I wasn't sure on the shipping cost initially, but seeing how well it was packed was worth it.
Item works as expected and condition is better than what I expected from the stated condition.
My only little annoyance is it didn't come with any power cables. It would have been nice if they mentioned they wouldn't be supplying any so I could've been more prepared
Overall very happy with the experience.
