I had some issues with the machine, but Second Life folks were very helpful in resolving the issue. They stayed in contact and replied to my communications in a timely manner. Excellent experience. Item arrived undamaged, and much more thoroughly packed than expected. I wasn't sure on the shipping cost initially, but seeing how well it was packed was worth it.
Item works as expected and condition is better than what I expected from the stated condition.
My only little annoyance is it didn't come with any power cables. It would have been nice if they mentioned they wouldn't be supplying any so I could've been more prepared
