    This item was listed as New, but when I received it it had scratches on the head and grease embedded into the yellow handle with the name partly erased on the handle, I reached out to the seller about the issue and wasn't contacted by them until I opened up a case with Ebay, when I printed up the return label then the seller reached out and offered a partial refund, so seller did make it right, but only after I opened up an Ebay case.
