The package shipped immediately & arrived quickly, with decent protection from bubble wrap & padded paper. I had a bit of an issue where the box didn’t contain a couple critical accessories (full-featured remote and calibration mic), but Secondipity customer service was prompt to respond and refund the amount covering those parts from an OEM dealer. I’d not hesitate to order from them again!

Shipping took longer than expected, label was printed for two business days before handing to USPS. No response from seller. Given that they offer free returns and eBay offers buyer protection, I’d recommend this seller to anyone who isn’t in a rush to get their item(s) and will not need to contact the seller.

Shipping took reasonably long only waiting for a week for arrival. It was honestly a hot deal for the price these headphones were going for. Right side had no sound coming out of it and was unable to start noise cancellation. Had to return because they came defective, was not able to exchange due to item being out of stock. Too bad as the price was really good. Really disappointed that item came in defective condition as I thought I finally got these headphones at a good price. Seller accepted return and refunded.
