  Excellent value for the price. Shoes were as described - they even smelled new. Shipping was a bit delayed but not seller’s fault. It would have been nice if the shoes were sent in a box. They weren’t damaged in transit but they could have been warped had they ended up being transported under heavy parcels as they were in a bag only. Extremely happy with the purchase since they arrived unscathed.

  This item was listed as New Open Box, when delivered and upon inspection, the hair clippers had hair on them from previous use. Additionally the bottle of lubricating oil that came with the item had opened and was covering the item and its accessories. When I contacted the seller for a refund, they suggested a partial refund in which I declined. A personal hygiene item should be thoroughly inspected for prior use if you are selling it as new open box.
