Seller delayed shipment after purchase. Tried making contact after a few days and then a "shipping label" was created but never shipped anything. Messaged seller if I should cancel the order and never heard back. Had to get Ebay involved and got a refund. Not sure what was happening with this particular transaction but based on this I would not recommend buying from this seller. Very bad experience.

Arrived in good condition, it was a couple days late from posted arrival date. I wasn't able to track it because the tracking number provided showed it hadn't even left the facility, that it hadn't traveled anywhere. However it did arrive and I am using it. Overall good experience.. I was happy to have found a replacement remote for my older TV! I would buy from this seller again.
