Seller was very helpful. I was buying this part for a 34 year old washer that's only had 2 parts replaced, with this one being its second. Product was used but in good condition. We put it on the washer and it's doing what it's supposed to do, that's all I wanted. Product was shipped as described and packed very well. The item was as described and arrived in good condition properly wrapped to avoid shipping damage. The seller was AMAZING. I initially messed up and must have clicked "local pickup". I am nowhere near this seller. They worked hard to correct this issue and re list the item so I could properly re order it while staying in communication the entire time. Excellent Ebayer! Refrigerator crisper drawer shelf in excellent condition. Description and photos matched what I received. Very well packed. Looks and functions as expected. Seller had excellent communication when I had multiple questions. UPS shipping was rather higher than I hoped -- I think it could have been shipped for less via USPS using more compact packaging -- but again, it was very well packed, and I d rather have that than a damaged item. I m happy with the item and the seller.
