    Received a defective item that doesn’t work as described. Contacted Apple and took the item in for repairs, they confirmed it can’t be fixed. Politely reached out to the seller multiple times with documentation and offered to cover return shipping—no response at all. Completely uncooperative and ignored every attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Extremely disappointing experience. Buyers beware.
