    Ordered two 200w panels. Delivery was extremely fast and packaging was superb. One was perfect, the other was defective. Seller was very responsive and requested photos to verify the defect I claimed. After I sent photos he provided a replacement at no charge which was also received in no time flat. Very good experience with these folks. The panels are very nicely made and work well.

    EBAY HELP !! Item does Not perform as advertised. All 8 new Panels shipped fast and packaged well However panels did Not put out 300 watts each Only 178-199w at peak clear noontime Messaged seller many times for 30 days. seller made offers & claims that never were fulfilled. Now seller does not reply at all. My Solar array is short power. Now Need more panels, partial refund or purchase discount seller promised Neither were honored. Seller no longer replies to ebay messages.

    Finally after struggling with FedEx (3 tries ) success arrived in good shape. These PV panels are a re-order to replace other older style panels. They are duplicates of panels purchased before, & may prove to be the type chosen in future arrays. This seller was excellent in communicating, promptly responded, with a positive resolution. I have them at the top of my list.

    No issues other than the seller lists on their eBay page their warehouse location as “New Jersey” but beware this is a “Chinese” seller listing that does result in longer shipping time. I asked the seller about the reason for it being listed as such and they said they would look into it as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. Also contacted eBay about the misleading listing and they basically just went by the forecast delivery date. I make many purchases based on seller location.
