Seller was very responsive and requested photos to verify the defect I claimed. After I sent photos he provided a replacement at no charge which was also received in no time flat. They are duplicates of panels purchased before, & may prove to be the type chosen in future arrays. This seller was excellent in communicating, promptly responded, with a positive resolution.     No issues other than the seller lists on their eBay page their warehouse location as “New Jersey” but beware this is a “Chinese” seller listing that does result in longer shipping time. I asked the seller about the reason for it being listed as such and they said they would look into it as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. Also contacted eBay about the misleading listing and they basically just went by the forecast delivery date. I make many purchases based on seller location.
