Marked as shipped immediately, but didn’t. Contacted multiple times for shipping info. No response until I opened a case with EBay.
Box arrived looking like it was kicked all the way to the US (thanks DHL), but the stand was wrapped well enough to survive without injury.

Der Verkäufer hat einen falschen Artikel geliefert. Es wurde mit dem Verkäufer Rücksendung und Ersatzlieferung vereinbart. Auch nach mehreren Wochen und Rückfragen ist keine Ersatzlieferung bei mir eingetroffen. Ich musste einen Ebay- Fall öffnen, um eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises zu erhalten. Abysmal seller. They make nice looking products but good luck ever actually receiving one. Seller doesn't respond to any emails. I filed a claim with Ebay and suddenly the stand was marked as "shipped" but then it's sat for 2 weeks without any tracking information being updated. Not sure why this seller isn't just honest about timing.

Artikel wurde sofort als versendet markiert, aber auch nach mehreren Wochen KAM KEIN ARTIKEL AN, woraufhin eBay mir mein Geld erstattet hat. Ich wurde daraufhin vom VK angeschrieben dass er doch ausgerechnet an dem Tag versenden wollte. Da der Stand ja dieses mal fertig war, ginge er diesmal sofort auf die Reise, wenn ich neu bestelle. Also nochmal bestellt und was dann passiert ist, Leute, da kommt ihr nie drauf :-) genau wieder nix :-) Danke an Ebay für die Hilfe und erneute Erstattung.
