  Ordered a visor for a 2009 Murano with a sunroof because I didn't read the description carefully enough and my vehicle doesn't have a sunroof. Contacted the seller who had shipped out already (FAST) and they offered to accept a return or give me a partial refund if the part was incompatible, even though the mistake was on my part.   Quality of this pump is beyond expectations, condition is new, value is good for the price. Appearance looks to me like oem, shipping was good, the packing was okay. The pump was fine, but the gasket however. Was damaged, so I bought a new one.
