I contacted seller via EBAY messaging with photos of the mailer. Seller immediately sent a replacement shipment packed in a sturdy pasteboard box which I received today - very well packed and at sellers expense. I would definitely do business again.     Sorry it's taken so long, I just got the package from my neighbor as it made it's rounds in our complex. Happens when new carriers are on our route. Anyway, I got the package safe and sound finally. They arrived well packed in a padded manila mailer. Exactly what was described on the site. No damage done, no dents, splinters or cracks.
