    Arrived damaged. Seller said I could return it for a replacement but didn’t offer to pay for shipping. Blamed usps but it was packaged in a non padded envelope. They asked if I would like a partial refund but has stopped responding and hasn’t issued the partial refund.

    The partial refund was issued. I'm sorry if eBay did not notify you. It was issued the day of our last correspondence. Hope it solved the issue. Again sorry for the damage to the packaging.
