  The listing image clearly shows 4 swivel rings, but I received only 2. This is false advertising. I sent the seller a message specifically asking how many rings came with the order, and they did not bother to respond. In the listing it said 2 items. That could mean 2 sets. So I assumed that the image represented what is included in the package. If I had known they would only send 2, I could have bought them cheaper from another seller.

  This seller purchased my order on Amazon and had it sent to me as a gift using Amazon Prime. He charged double the Amazon price and it took over a week to arrive. Naturally, I took advantage of the free return option and initiated a return which the seller ignored (as I expected he would). I had to get Ebay involved.
