I am satisfied with the item. I already replaced the toilet seat. Much better than the old one! There's one thing I should mention to clarify the Kohler "Layne" toilet seat. There are two different type of "Layne" models. One has a Quick-Release(QR) function with M/N. R35819-A-0 and the other does NOT have the QR function with M/N. P30015-A-0. Mine was the same box as photos but the item inside had no QR function. I'm OK with it. not a big deal but if you do, confirm before you buy it. =)
