  Item was great and as described. But the seller made it so an in person signature was required and I couldn't adjust the shipping time or choose to route it to a UPS dropoff spot. I was stuck playing 'guess when the delivery driver is going to arrive' which I failed at multiple times. I contacted UPS who told me only the seller could adjust the shipping options. They did remedy things quickly after I messaged them but it feels like I had to take several extra steps.
