I have one remark that had me choose neutral rather than a positive comment. I've waited a week (7 days, less than that if I count hours - 6 days 12 hoursisch...) for the item to be dispatched. Once I asked about why it's taking so long I just got a tracking number within a couple of hours. No explanation or we are sorry or anything. If you advertise dispatch next 1-2 days after payment, at least address the delay, especially when asked...
