  I ordered 2 of these batteries. On one of them, the Inogen BA 403 charger indicated a defective battery. I contacted them and they provided a return label. After they received the defective battery they sent a good replacement battery.. Good customer service. Very little hassle.

On a side note, I would like to mention the excellent job in supplying this item quickly.
