  The item was great quality, condition, and value (and appearance), however shipping was a problem. At first I was sent a tracking number and within days, the label was "cancelled". I couldn't get the seller to tell me what shipping company (USPS, FedEx, etc) and I was concerned. They did respond to my email wondering why my order was cancelled, and then within a day, a new tracking number was emailed to me. Then it took another few days to arrive. I did finally receive the order.
