The seller quickly processed my order packed it securely and shipped it within 24 hours. The seller's page also had more detailed information than others selling the same item, I really liked that. I may just have to buy another phone from Santa Monica Wireless. Very satisfied.

    This supplier is great!! The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

    Phone came unopened and sealed as described. Box and packaging came slightly damaged but phone is fine. See pictures. They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.

    Phone arrived finally today. Was delivered in a bubble pack, but Phone is new, and sealed in box from samsung. I had an extended ship time longer tha 2 days due to FedEx not scanning the package at the hub. But i messaged the seller and I am pleased with the ease of communication! Please have a look at their store! I know i'll buy from them again.
