  Item was as described-wear from tours on the Segway. Instructions included were clear enough to follow. Communication was clear enough as well. Copy of instructions could've been enlarged. Pleased with purchase. Got a little upset/worried due to a signature was needed when delivered-first attempt no one was home so package wasn't left.

  Very impressed with packing of this heavy and expensive purchase, as a Segway is essentially called an "off-road motorcycle" by Progressive Insurance . Seller was incredibly thorough with protecting the partially disassembled Segway well as organizing and carefully packing ALL the small parts. Rides nice as expected with low miles and new tires. Great value, excellent price for hard-to-find used Segway i2 in really NICE condition, especially in the powerbase, THE most important part.

  I bought 2 there dusty when you get them i took mine apart and washed with soap and water i took the mat's and the tires to the car wash i sanded on the fenders and the leansteer and painted came out looking new i like this seller i recommend buying from here if you want to fix up a i2 I'm happy with my Segway's
