  Seller is very good at communicating. The mousepad wasn’t what I thought it was and the seller was very helpful on refunding the product. Unfortunately the product did not contain a key component and when I contacted the seller they were very understanding and we were able to come to an agreement for refund.   Arrived quickly! Router is in like-new condition, in all of the original packaging, even though it was opened and used. It is a year old or less, with a manufacture date of 2024! It was nice that it was factory reset, too, so I didn't have to do that before setting up. It is working great, and added to my mesh system to extend coverage where needed. Thanks for the easy process and helping to save money and the environment by reusing instead of buying new.
