  The item arrived very promptly and in original packaging. However, there were two small holes in the tent wall. I contacted the seller who offered a partial refund so the tent could be repaired. Unfortunately, repairs could not be made due to the location of the holes. Once I notified the seller, they willingly issued a full refund. I very much appreciate that!
