  Top hat was delivered crushed due to packaging. Contacted the seller who was very apologetic and asked if he could send a video on how to reshape. Unfortunately I could not wear the hat as it came on the day of the function. But, I was able to reshape it and hopefully get to wear it for Halloween. Contact with Seller was awesome..
