    Top hat was delivered crushed due to packaging. Contacted the seller who was very apologetic and asked if he could send a video on how to reshape. Unfortunately I could not wear the hat as it came on the day of the function. But, I was able to reshape it and hopefully get to wear it for Halloween. Contact with Seller was awesome.. There was some kind of mistake made with the shipping of my order causing it to start off and the get delayed in McKinney Texas, then go to Los Angeles California before going to Claremore Oklahoma. I talked with your customer service. He responded promptly and assured me my package would arrive. It did arrive late, but it did arrive.
