  The first headset I received, the right headphone didn't work straight out of the box. I contacted the seller and they sent me another one free of charge, they even paid for shipping. I just got my replacement about an hour ago and it's working just fine. 10/10 customer service. The product is cheap, so you DO get what you pay for. But for a cheap he'd set, they're not all that bad. Overall, I'm happy enough to go out of my way to write a 5 star review.
