  Item was listed as a used 9”x 13” chimney cap. It was in very good shape but despite being shipped in a box labeled 9”x 13” chim cap it only measured 9 1/2”x 9 1/2”. I informed the seller, letting him know I had a neighbor who might be interested for a better price. I paid $27 for the cap, return shipping thru usps is listed at $32.70. Seller informed me he has a 60 day free return policy only. Still waiting for my neighbor to decide if he wants it.

  Hi, I am sorry to hear that the chimney cap was not the size advertised. As you mentioned, I will absolutely make it right by providing a free return within 60-days for a refund.

  This was a life saving find ( not literally of course ) to help cut the cost of a faucet part replacement. The shipping was exceptional and it was still in its original packaging. Even though they described as used this looks brand new. The seller is very good and their descriptions are amazing and accurate.
