I'm still not quite sure why he is upset. Complained of slow shipping. Buyer bought late Friday. Package went out next business day on Monday.. Package got there Thursday. He was not there to sign for it so ups took it to his local ups store for pickup. Very nasty person and demands a full refund. I don't know. You just cant please everyone. I'm very reasonable guy and if I did something wrong I would own it.
