Packaging was strong and very sufficient, and the cost was somehow much less than more local retailers in the US, despite being shipped from Japan! It did take almost 2 weeks to arrive because of this, but that was expected. On the seller side, communication was friendly and prompt, and the item was mailed out quickly after purchase. Thank you!

Replacement heads are available domestically in the US, but both cost more and are older revisions than what is available in Japan.
