  The item was as described and exceeded my expectations. It is hard to find this backpack because it's been discontinued, let alone in such great shape! (Practically new! Had tag and everything!) The backpack was packaged very good that it almost felt as if I bought it from the shop itself. Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller.   Beautiful item but came completely shattered. Am heartbroken because I was so excited for this to be in my home. I can tell that the seller tried very hard to package the item securely and I am equally sad for both of us. Seller promptly refunded me without an issue and I would purchase from this seller again.

  A buyer should never be bumped after purchasing. Sellers, rethink this new bad habit of posting an item on two+ sites. Think this bumping abd refunding is rare? It's not, and the refund does NOT feeel like restitution. No. This has happened to me with 7 different sellers in six months. No distrust can even repair that fast. It makes me not trust ebay or Etsy, and it definitely cut my purchasing by 95%. Could for my budget, but not for sellers' businesses. Burned 7 X's. Copied b4 posting.
