  I was unable to use the item as I couldn't tell from the picture that it was unusable for my purposes. The seller was prompt at the product seemed fine. However, I was shocked to learn that what half of what I paid for it was not returned because I had to pay for shipping back. It would have been cheaper for me to send it via post as it was less than an ounce. I will not be buying from eBay again under these circumstances.

  I ordered a dozen pumice stones and they never arrived. I should have followed up sooner than the one month that I waited, but thought it would arrive late. I contacted the seller to inform him of my problem, but did not get a response right away. After a second email to the seller, he verified that the shipment never arrived and refunded my money right away. While I was disappointed that my product never came, at least I got my money back.
