I wished that I didn't have to ask when my purchase would be shipped but eBay sent me an automated out of office message the seller was out after asking. I like that eBay does have a status of shipping so I didn't have to wonder where my order was. The description said it comes with a UV filter but I could not find it with nor on the lens. That's okay. I have spare filters. Just a reason to completely inspect your order when delivered
