Bought case for Christmas build for my son. Case came with damage from shipping. Didn't have time to get another case, so used the case. Mentioned to seller that case wasn't packaged enough specifically at the corners. Didn't get a reply about my issues. Wasn't looking for a refund or return, but just wanted a response. Probably won't get another Sama case. Building in the case was ok, but there's not adequate room to route the CPU connector unless you route it before installing the motherboard.

It took a long time for the label to be created. At first it seemed like nothing was happening. Then when there finally was some information it was only provided after I contacted the seller. Then I found out that my item was out of stock so there would be another week after the original date before my case would arrive. I tried to asked for a refund but they said that the case was already shipped. I finally got my case and looks good just wish they would have communicated better.
