  This should be a negative - item was rec’d dead on arrival, unable to be charged, different serial number than the one shown in listing photo. After returning item at his request, (for a refund), seller turned it over to eBay for a claim against buyer! How was buyer at fault? Seller could have made it right, but continued to drag it out and involve eBay to settle claim. Thank you eBay, for making it right! Not sure how this seller remains in business….I only wanted a functioning battery. :/
