When I received my item(alert system), thru no fault of the seller(SAM1969), an ION battery was dead and could not be charged. I contacted SAM and he asked me a few questions and he researched the problem and the next day he overnighted a replacement ION battery. The system is up and running. HIGHLY recommend this seller.
