  I bought three items and decided to return one.The seller opened a case without contacting me and didn’t say what the problem was until I asked after seeing the case open and shut in a day. The Seller stated only after I asked the reason for opening a case that it had been used which it hadn’t been. He also didn’t provide photos which is normally needed by EBay. I have never returned make up used. It was also returned in better packaging than when it arrived. Buyer beware…

  Lipstick arrived only issue was Royal Mail who said that they couldn't deliver needed to await 2nd attempt delivery then still had to go to PO to pick up.This was not seller's fault the package was tiny would have fitted easily in post box as the PO also commented!
