  The product arrived very quickly for Australia Post, unfortunately the blanket was DOA and would not heat at all. I contacted the seller and we did a bit of trouble shooting before they offered to send a new unit. The new unit arrived quickly and was fully functional as per the timer and heat level specs.   Great mirror and value for money. I purchased as a gift for someone so was disappointed that the item was not wrapped. The delivery labels were just stuck into the box which was squashed during transportation. Other than that, i would recommend.
