    Item arrived quickly, mostly as described. Hat top area was crushed in shipping but I was able to steam it back into proper shape. (It would be better if they packed this type hat in a box, not a lightweight plastic bag!). Okay seller (though somewhat inexperienced in proper shipping methods.)

Seller immediately refunded me for the missing item as soon as i flagged it on eaby so would recommend without hesitation. great service which made an annoying situation much less annoying

    Item arrived fast: shipping and packing good, but the item itself had a problem: I had a large smudge right in the middle of it brand new out of the packing - seller was very helpful to resolve and sent a replacement quickly - life is not without problems and the way this seller handled this problem is good - A nice quality bag for the money and it is appealing to look at - glad to have bought it - I wish they had more items along the same lines to buy more.
