  This seller has given me the worse experience I have ever had on Ebay within my 14 years of membership. I received an item that is not working as indicated on the sellers site. This seller wants to replace my new item with a used item. Additionally I have spoken to Ebay customer service and have been advised to reach to the seller to rectify this issue however the seller is not responding. I also indicated due my location shipping back the faulty item, will cost much more than a printed label.

  This order using a US address. When they initially reported product issues, they requested a direct refund. I provided troubleshooting steps. If that couldn't be resolved, I offered a first option: a return and refund. Then, the customer said he was overseas and it was inconvenient to return the product. In that case, I offered him a second option: a replacement unit with a 30% refund. I didn't reject the first option: a return and refund. But he kept insisting on a direct refund.
