    ATTENTION BUYERS BEWARE..This seller is a fraud. I ordered a gallon of zep carpet shampoo from him. And I got charged for it. And he never sent it too me. I called usps and it showed that this seller sent a 2 lbs package to a different address with nothing it. So it would show on my end that I received it at my door. He is scamming people out of money. And his address is untied kingdom not the usps gave me all the information about the size of package and it being sent to another address

    I was shocked to get it so quickly, I just got the tracking number and it arrived today. Overall it was a good shopping experience. Only thing I would recommend in the future is, if you list it on here to order it from a "big name store" and then have that store ship, then put that in your description please! I try to support smaller " mom & pop" stores so it is a little disappointing to receive it from a "big name store", if I wanted to order from them I would have. That's why 4 stars.

    Really liked getting this item at such a great price! Delivery, however, was not a great experience. Delivery person had to call me to figure out how to get in the building and where to leave the package. He also did not speak or understand English well, which made it even more frustrating. All things considered, I would purchase elsewhere next time.
