    This was my 2nd order of an iPod Shuffle from Saki. This time, the one I received was't fully functional. I let Saki know & said I wanted to replace it. He gave me a NY address to send it back, saying as soon as it arrived he would pick out the best one he had & send me photos to see if I would like it. I did that & he followed through & sent the new one which looks great and works perfectly. We had great communication throughout (he always responded very quickly). Great customer service.
