  Seller sent the wrong item, required a return, and indicated that the delivered item never arrived. The wrong item that they sent was on their site at $4, so it was confusing that they required a return at $4.80 in shipping but I understand that bigger sellers have to have broad policies. eBay stepped in to process the return. Not a fun experience for buyer or seller but it all worked out in time and the seller communicated well / respectfully during the process so I would buy from them again.
